Who are you?

Before I ever ran ads for other people, I was an agent myself.

I’ve bought every type of lead, tried every vendor, been resold the same leads, and spent thousands a month on marketing companies that didn’t deliver.

That frustration is what made me build a transparent system where agents can see exactly what’s happening with their ads, their spend, and their results.

How are you different?

A few reasons.

1) We build everything in your own Facebook assets. That means you have full transparency and ownership.

2) My campaign architect worked at Meta for three years. He literally helped build and manage ads from the inside, so we know exactly how to make Facebook perform at its best.

3) Integrity and credibility are everything to me. I’m not a ‘guru’ selling a secret formula. I’m someone who’s been in your shoes, who knows how this business works, and who genuinely wants to help you win.

How does this work?

It’s actually really simple. We’ve made it as plug-and-play as possible so you don’t need to know anything about Facebook ads to get started.

Step 1 — Get Started

First, you’ll click the ‘Get Started’ button below.

That’ll take you to a short payment page to activate your campaign.

Once that’s done, you’ll automatically land on my calendar to book your setup call with me or someone from my team.

Step 2 — Connect Your Facebook Assets

During that Zoom setup call, we’ll take control of your screen and set up your Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Ad Accounts, and Facebook Page.

We build everything inside your own assets — meaning you have full transparency and ownership of your campaigns.

You’ll always see what’s being spent, what’s performing, and where your leads are coming from.

Step 3 — Campaign Buildout

Once your assets are connected, we handle all the heavy lifting:

- Writing your ad copy

- Designing your creatives

- Setting up targeting and audiences

- Making sure everything is compliant and tracking properly

Step 4 — Launch & Optimization

After launch, the campaign enters a short learning phase (usually 7-10 days).

During that time, the system tests different audiences and placements to figure out where your best leads are coming from.

We monitor your campaign daily, making adjustments to improve performance and lower your cost per lead over time.

Step 5 — Leads Start Flowing In

Once leads start coming in, they go directly into your CRM, email, spreadsheet, text.. wherever you want, and you’ll also get instant email and text notifications.

That means the second someone fills out a form, you can reach out — while they’re still actively thinking about coverage.

Step 6 — Reporting & Communication

You’ll get regular updates on how your campaign is performing — how many leads came in, what your cost per lead is, and how we’re optimizing.

If you ever want to make changes, raise your ad spend, or pause your campaign, all you have to do is message us.

Step 7 — Scale When You’re Ready

Once your campaign is stable and you’re comfortable with the results, we can gradually increase your daily ad spend to bring in more leads — without sacrificing quality.

You decide the pace. We just make sure the growth stays profitable.

That’s the entire process — simple, transparent, and built around you.

We do the work. You own the system.

Once you’ve watched the rest of the FAQs and feel good about it, go ahead and click ‘Get Started’ below. That’ll begin your setup and get your campaign live within just a few days.

How many states should I have?

While ultimately up to you, I do not recommend anything below 5 states. The more states, the more people see your ads, and the more leads you'll get. Too few states and we will see less leads & higher CPL (Cost Per Lead).

What will my CPL be?

What is CPL?

CPL = (Total Ad Spend) ÷ (Number of Leads Generated).

It’s a benchmark metric, not a guarantee — actual CPL depends heavily on niche, audience, offer, creative, landing form, etc.

Lower CPL is good, but only if leads are qualified and convert well.

Current benchmarks & what to expect

Across all industries, the average Facebook CPL for lead campaigns is about $22.00 USD (in recent benchmark reports)

That said, insurance is a competitive vertical with more regulation and consumer skepticism, which tends to push CPLs up.

While we can't give you a specific number, at this time we are seeing agents with 10+ states in the $5-$10 range and those with less states between $11-$15 per lead.

How long should I run my campaign?

You should plan to run your campaign for a minimum of 2 months.

The first few weeks are all about getting through Facebook’s learning phase — that’s when the system starts understanding who your ideal audience is, which ads perform best, and where the quality leads are coming from.

Around the 6–8 week mark, we usually start to see consistency — steadier lead flow, lower cost per lead, and better conversion rates.

This isn’t a ‘get a bunch of leads quick’ program. It’s a structured, long-term strategy built to generate high-quality, exclusive leads that keep coming in predictably over time.

The longer your campaign runs, the smarter it gets — and that’s where the real results compound.

Do I need a Facebook Account?

Yes, you will need a Facebook Profile to allow us to create the Business Suite, Ads Accounts, and Facebook Page. The profile should be in good standing with Meta or we will not be able to run ads for you.

If your account is not in good standing (missed payments, restricted from breaking advertising rules, etc) we have 2 options:

1) Part ways

2) Run your campaigns through our assets.

What does that look like? You will pay us your daily ad spend x 7, once per week to run the ads through our Facebook Ads Accounts and Pages. (ex: daily ad spend of $50/day. We will charge you $350 a week that is ONLY used for your daily ad spend)
