No Refund Policy - All sales are final. Due to the nature of advertising services and campaign setup time, no refunds will be issued once work has commenced, regardless of performance or outcomes.
Ad Spend Responsibility - You (the client/agent) are solely responsible for all advertising costs paid directly to Facebook (Meta). Daily ad spend is billed through your Facebook Ads account or payment method on file with Facebook. We do not charge or collect ad spend on your behalf.
Lead Disclaimer - This service provides advertising management only. We do not sell leads and therefore do not offer lead refunds or replacements. The performance and results of ads may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to budget, targeting, and market demand.
Billing & Management - Any fees charged by our agency are strictly for campaign strategy, setup, management, and optimization. These fees are separate from and in addition to your Facebook ad spend.
